I have visited Dr Rashid on 3 occasions over the last 6 months and each time Dr Rashid has been extremely caring and understanding of my hearing loss/tinnitus problems. Dr Rashid carried out a number of tests himself and also arranged for a Vestibular function test which proved normal. Despite being busy Dr Rashid always took the time to explain everything clearly and I was always invited to ask any questions I felt necessary. I would highly recommend Dr Rashid to anyone that suffers from hearing problems. Philip Downey

The doctor took time to listen and answer my questions. I never felt rushed at all. The attending nurse was very helpful and pleasant. I felt a lot happier when I left than when I went in
